On Sunday, I headed out to Pine Ridge Hollow to photograph Claire & Matthew getting married. While it was raining off and on all day, we were lucky enough to get enough time without rain to get some great photos done

This past Saturday, Stephanie & Ryan were married. All week, it looked like the weather was going to be great – but then on the actual day, it kept raining all day! I always feel bad for brides when it rains all over their big day.
So, we spent a bunch of time at the Legislature under the covered balcony. Unfortunately, there was a wasp that also was hanging around us and stung Stephanie right in her armpit!!! I felt so bad for Steph…..but she was a trooper…..high spirits all day, despite being stung by a wasp!!
The reception took place at Hotel Ft.Garry, and the day was coordinated by Soire Event Planning.

Maggie & Colin had their wedding earlier this year – unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to photograph their actual wedding. Today, we hooked up for about a half hour to capture some images at the park just for fun.

This past weekend, Dawn & Karl were in from Regina to get married! Their ceremony was at St.Ignatius on Stafford, and reception at the Inn at the Forks. Dawn’s aunt did an outstanding job with the decor – she brought a whole whack of stuff from Kenora to decorate the hall and impressed everyone with her talents!

Yesterday, I posted some shots of Haley & Jordan’s incredible wedding venue. Haley’s family should definitely go into business doing weddings with such an incredible place
Haley & Jordan have a really cool history together. The long and the short of it is that their families go way back, and Haley & Jordan actually were flower girl and ringbearer in a wedding when they were just kids. How cool is that?
Haley bought her gorgeous dress at Kleinfeld in New York City. And, if you watch “Say Yes to the Dress” at all, you will likely see Haley on the show in an upcoming episode!
Being that the weather was not cooperating at all for us, we did quite a bit of shooting inside Haley’s family home. Now, this home is ultra cool – it has this super awesome retro decorating that made for some very unique shots.
